Why This Location
We picked this spot for a reason. Here's why it works.
1109 Parkway, Gatlinburg
Right in the Middle of Everything
Most folks who stay here don't move their car until checkout. That's the whole point.
On the Parkway
The Parkway is Gatlinburg's main drag - it's where everything happens. Restaurants, shops, attractions, the whole strip. We're right on it at address 1109, so you step outside and you're already there. No shuttle needed, no Uber, no hiking from a hotel stuck on a side street.
Trolley Stop at Our Door
The Gatlinburg Trolley stops right in front of our hotel. For a couple bucks, you can ride all over town - up to Ober Mountain, through the Arts & Crafts loop, down to Ripley's Aquarium. Your car stays parked, you stay relaxed. The trolley runs all day.
1 Minute to the National Park
We're not exaggerating - the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance is about a one-minute walk from our front door. Sugarlands Visitor Center is just up the road. You can hit the trails early before the crowds show up, then walk back for lunch.
Skip the Traffic
Gatlinburg gets packed, especially on weekends and holidays. But you don't have to fight through downtown traffic to reach us. Take the Gatlinburg Bypass or come in via River Road - both routes drop you right near our parking lot without the Parkway gridlock.
Parade Front Row Seats
Gatlinburg's parades roll right down the Parkway - and we're on the Parkway. Fourth of July, Christmas, Fantasy of Lights, all of them pass right in front of our hotel. Grab a chair, sit outside, and watch the whole thing without fighting for a spot.
For Hikers, Bikers & Outdoor Folks
Walk Right Into the National Park
The Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance is about 100 yards from our front door. No need to drive or hunt for parking - just walk over.
Hikers, joggers, cyclists - head out in the morning, hit the trails, and be back in time for lunch. It's the most visited national park in the country, with over 800 miles of trails, waterfalls, and wildlife.
This is why we're here. We're not in Pigeon Forge pretending to be "near Gatlinburg." We're at the doorstep of the Smokies.

Getting Here Without the Headache
The Gatlinburg Bypass
Coming from Pigeon Forge? The Bypass lets you skip the worst of downtown traffic. It curves around the east side of town and drops you near the south end of the Parkway. From there, it's a quick turn to our hotel. Saves you 20-30 minutes on busy days.
River Road
Locals know this one. River Road runs along the Little Pigeon River, parallel to the Parkway. It's usually clear when the main strip is bumper-to-bumper. Nice scenery too - you'll pass some cabins and hear the river. Connects back to the Parkway right near us.
Straight Down 441
If traffic's not bad, just take US-441 (the Parkway) straight through Pigeon Forge into Gatlinburg. We're on the left side as you head toward the National Park. Look for the Days Inn sign.
Bringing a Group?
Bus Parking & Group Access
If you're organizing a church trip, family reunion, tour group, or school outing, here's something that matters: we have a real parking lot.
A lot of Gatlinburg hotels are squeezed into tight spots with barely enough room for cars. We've got space for buses and large vehicles. Your driver can pull in, drop everyone off, and park right here. No circling the block, no hunting for street parking, no "meet at this random lot across town."
When it's time to head out for a group excursion - Dollywood, a hiking trip, whatever - everyone gathers in our lot, loads up, and goes. Simple.
- Bus and coach parking available
- Easy loading and unloading area
- Central meeting point for day trips
- No extra parking fees
- Groups can walk to Parkway attractions together

The Bottom Line
You're Here to See Gatlinburg, Not Sit in Traffic
Some hotels advertise "close to Gatlinburg" when they're actually 15 minutes away in Pigeon Forge. Or they're tucked up some side road where you need to drive everywhere.
We're actually on the Parkway, in downtown Gatlinburg. The trolley's out front. The National Park's a minute away. You can walk to dinner, walk to attractions, walk back to your room.
And when you're tired of walking, your car's right here in our free parking lot. If you came by bus, the bus is here too.
That's it. That's the convenience.
